This location is horrible...Where to even start? I ordered two meals for pick-up. Came in, and saw that they put an added ingredient that I specifically asked without it. I saw them wrap it up and before I paid, I said, "I see this ingredient, I called in earlier asking for this ingredient without it." The cooks looked at me as if I was lying. They started saying, "I didn't add it, it doesn't have it." They unwrapped it and saw that they made the mistake. They recooked the meal and wrapped it up after looking annoyed. Then I left. Now, I just got home, started to eat my other meal and found that they didn't even add the grilled chicken to my meal that I was charged for. Really? How can they mess up two meals in one order? I called in to tell them that I was frustrated. The manager informed me to come in to get a refund, which I intend to do. But it still doesn't end there!! As I hang up the phone, my husband who was eating his sandwich pulled out a PRICE TAG from the meat! HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE?!? You know the ones that are like half an inch long and are white. It was soggy and disgusting...It was cooked with the meat... I am frustrated, grossed out and overall finished with Noodles. NEVER have I written such a review. I understand mistakes can happen, but when it comes to things in meat that isn't supposed to be there, that is ridiculous and disgusting. Avoid this place, they don't read the orders, their cooks are rude, and you may find something mysterious in your meal...

I've been coming to this Noodles for a few years now, and I always get the same thing... the Med Salad. I love it with parmesan chicken- the dressing has a great little kick and the noodles are nice and al dente. In the past year or so, I've noticed something start to go awry. The first time I thought it was a fluke, the lettuce was wilted and the edges were pink (i.e. too oxidized). Ok- I just picked out the pieces I didn't want to eat- they give you enough lettuce. Then, over time I also started to notice that the chicken portion started to get smaller and smaller. It's now much less than even the size of a portion one would hope for on a sandwich. Even just today, the lettuce I got was pink and wilted. This is just not acceptable when you spend more than $10 for a salad and a drink for lunch. The Noodles & Co. on Broadway in Boulder never has wilted lettuce, but the I have the same issue with the tiny portion of "protein". I probably won't be back to this Noodles location.

For some reason rich girls love noodles & co... actually i take that back, every girl loves noodles for some reason. Every time my girlfriend does a girls night out, she comes home with some old noodles leftovers 8 times out of 10. We managed to get a parking spot across the street from this location and nether my girlfriend or i expected to that nice of a spot Laurel and College is usually hard to get a super nice spot by.. The funniest thing wile visiting to this location was when this jersey shore-esue CSU students we ran into outside, ranting about some party thiis girl was ranting at the huge group of dudes she was with. Direct quote as i walked in: "I don't even care... as long as there's a party going on there... i'm down. but i don't even care, if its not a party i don't wannah go" As i held the door for my girlfriend i could hear her hitting one of the dudes she was with.. Stay classy CSU. Outside patio FTW. I've had noodles before and other branches and honestly had a hard time remembering it, the last time i had it was in 2007... today i remembered why i don't go to noodles often. The menu is super enticing. They have a fairly wide range of noodle type dishes. You can easily enjoy noodle dishes from the worlds most popular 'noodle bearing' countries. Every dish sounds amazing and theoretically sounds good. The biggest problem though is if you compare any dish to a real 'local/authentic' restaurant the majority of the dishes are extremely unsatisfying. The Meditrainan dishes are similar to what they should be but the Asian dishes are totally lacking in the flavor department. Just tossing it out there, this location NEEDS to cook the veggies more. With our most recent order on both of our dishes of the veggies weren't cooked. Both The carrots and the broccoli where extremely hard and pretty much raw. The cooked level of the dishes can be easily seen after being in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. The carrot slices look just like some old carrots cut up and left in the cooler that haven't been cooked or kept well in the fridge. I had shrimp with my order and it had really no flavor at all. SEASONING PLEASE!!! It's Disappointing considering its the most expensive meat on the menu and adds nearly $2.60 to the price of the already expensive $6.50 bowl of pasta. There's really nothing worse than unproperly prepared shrimp... luckily noodles cooked the shrimp properly. Despite the lack of Flavor, the shrimp was without a doubt safe to consume. There's just no flavor with it. Just a little bit of salt and a small blast of cayenne would make the shrimp great yet still simple, however still ready to go with nearly any of their dishes. Unfortunately The shrimp is disappointing on flavor and in color. (why don't of the cooked shrimp have red accent. all the shrimp here is white!?) This particular noodles & Co has one of those new fangled coca-cola wonder machines... It'll produce ANY FLAVOR you could want. Honestly its worth going to this location just to order a drink. Ever had orange coca-cola? This place has it! ! Its worth visiting here just for this soda machine, This noodles and co, has a pretty amazing location, and has an upstairs rooftop eating area. Wile i didn't go there i can only imagine, how great it looks, This might be among the best locations to overlook CSU's oval. Many visitors to Fort Collins I'm sure would enjoy the views. However this location.. doesn't really show the best Fort Collins has to offer in terms of food. Over all though, This might be a great place to eat for the rooftop view.. It really is the most major thing going for this location. Unfortunately with the restaurant culture in Fort Collins this place is a joke in terms of food. However the watered down, 'yuppie' food offered here is... generally disappointing. The staff we interacted with where great though. They where very attentive and super friendly The staff is easily 1st rate wile the food is easily 2nd or 3rd rate.

This place is good for a fast food type of place as they have Italian, Mediterranean, and Asian dishes. I usually go for their Italian noodles with chicken parmesan, which is super good!!! But all the other styles are good as well! As for the atmosphere, it is usually pretty clean, and the layout allows for ease of movement. They also have one of those cool new coke machines, that allow for adding different flavors to your soda, which is pretty cool. The folks who work here are all pretty nice as well. I've never had a problem with any of the staff at any of the locations! So if your in a pinch, or in a hurry, Noodles usually pleases!!!

Over $9 for pasta with meat. I was still hungry. Give them an F for value.

Nice spot to hang out right across from CSU. The pesto pasta was pretty tasty, and they have some other options that also seem great! It seems like this would be a good place to study. The food and they have a cool drink machine, definitely coming back here.

There's no Noodles and Co. where I'm from and I was in town on a job, so I wanted to try it. I was greeted cheerfully, was asked if it was my first time in noodles and co. (as I looked like I was fawning over the menu forever), and I said yes. They politely answered some questions of mine, and my food was served to me in no time. The cashier, Ron, even gave me a free rice crispy treat just because I was a Noodles and Co. virgin. The food was so good, and the staff was great. If they were aiming to keep satisfied customers to come back often, they definitely succeeded. I'll definitely come back.

Showed up 10min after they "opened". Nothing was ready we sat and waited for them to get everything ready. It looked as if we showed when the employees showed up. To make it worse they seemed to not want to serve us because we were an inconvience even though they should have been open for 10 min. They even limited the menu to what we could order and said if you want mac and cheese it might be a little bit because nothing was ready. No apologize ever or areason as to why they were not ready to open.

After years of avoiding Noodles & Company due to poor experiences with their dishes at the Boulder restaurants, I decided to try them out again yesterday. I purchased a bowl of macaroni and cheese at the College & Laurel location. While this isn't the first time I've had food poisoning from food I've gotten at Noodles & Company, it will certainly be the last. The mac was as bland as it has always been and certainly not worth the past 12 hours plus however much longer it's going to take for my system to process whatever horrifying pathogen is wreaking havoc. I could go into further description, but if you've had food poisoning before, you know exactly what I am going through right now. If you haven't, consider yourself lucky and pray you never get it. Most certainly, dine at Noodles & Company at your own risk. Otherwise the place was pretty clean and cozy, and the later-lunch hour crowd that was there when I went in to purchase my bowl of digestive terror seemed content with their meals. The woman who waited on me was extremely pleasant, also. Too bad I will NEVER go back or recommend Noodles to anyone. As far as I'm concerned they owe me for the day's work I am missing right now...dangit...

Fantastic food! I've enjoyed everything I've eaten at every location I've been to. My favorite is the Pesto Cavatappi with Parmesan Chicken and all the available Coca-Cola flavors they have on their Freestyle Machine. A MUST stop-in!!!

THEY RAN OUT OF THE GODDAMN GARLIC BREAD AT 8 ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. To make up for it, they gave us some potstickers. However the potstickers were flattened into Asian pancakes. That is all.

We ordered the Tuscan Fresca and pork sandwich and the pasta was missing the tomatoes and spinach. The portion filled less than half the bowl, did not get what I paid for. The sandwich was good, however small as well. I would not go to this location again because of the poor food quality.

I'm a CSU student, and this is right down the street from Lory Student Center. It's really nice when you need a change from the usual student center offerings, and you get a quick, refreshing walk. Their service is prompt and the food is really good. My favorite is the Pesto Cavatappi, and their Cesar salads are good. (Not top-quality, but a nice addition with the pasta.) I've been in around lunchtime and it's usually not busy, so if I have a long break between classes I can grab a booth and study there for a few hours. The atmosphere is really open and bright, and the noise level is usually good so it doesn't bother me to study there. Definitely a great place to go that's cheap but is much better than fast-food.

I like the various choices, but the portions are REALLY small. I walked out still hungry. That said, what you get is fairly good, albeit not authentic. Better bet: Walk down the street to Gohan Time, a little mom and pop Japanese restaurant. Delicious food!

Eh, this was okay but the portions were small and both my husband and I went away hungry! I got a mediocre curry dish and my husband got pad thai, and he complained about the sweet-tasting sauce. I do appreciate them posting calorie counts on the menu; that helps the health-conscious. But with all the great noodle places in town, I don't expect to be back.

OMG. Noodles & Company. I heart you. Very much. The Wisconsin Mac & Cheese is heaven! Love love love the interior & exterior of this location! I wish there was a Noodles and Company near where I live...unless I wanna drive to Sacramento lol.

The truffle Mac is the best Mac n cheese around. A little expensive for what you get, but still very good

Noodles, noodles, and more noodles. A pretty good pasta place where one can get in quick, order, eat, and head out. Used to be a staple for lunches with the work guys, though eventually it became a little pricey. Not the best pasta in the world, but a decent place to have a bowl. The flatbread is delicious, too, and prices are actually not bad, we just couldn't afford to eat out all of the time.

This place has always had prompt, good service and decent food. I think the quality of the meats has gone up in the last few months, so much so that we've been eating there about once a week. Last week we were in and for some reason the food was taking a long time to get to the table. Just as we started to talk about it amongst ourselves, they brought out our meals with a free rice krispy treat for both me and my girlfriend, and apologized about the wait. Pretty great service if you ask me!

Pretty good pasta dishes all around. Nice big location where you can sit on a patio on the 2nd floor unlike the location on Timberline. It can get noisy with screaming kids sometimes though.

I liked all the choices, and the fact that you could get a small portion, but the actual food was NOT good! I got the pad thai with chicken, and it was mushy texture and smelled like the eggs were old. My friend got the Tuscan linguini, and it had the consistency of paper. The Wisconsin mac and cheese we shared tasted like blue-box... so not worth the $4. I'd understand people eating here if they wanted some hot, quick food that's not a burger or pizza... but the food wasn't even that quick! We had to wait a good 10-15 minutes!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
